The best Margarita Island beaches are lying as a string of pearls on both sides around the Northeast Cape. There are at least 50 unique and magnificent margarita beaches which are scattered along a 106 miles of coastline! Here you can find a place for rest and contemplation or you can party at some of the busier beaches!

Pleasantly enough there are no private margarita beaches; the governor of the Isla de Margarita has decided. You are welcome to the hotel’s beaches even if you are not guest on that hotel.

Here are some of the beaches:

Playa El Cardon
The Playa Cardon beach gets it name from one of the biggest turtles.  You will be only a stone throw from the possibility to see this prehistoric animal.  Playa El Cardon beach has a 2km beach of golden sand, clean clear water and stunning mountain views.  Ideal for those who like a little peace and quiet. A true paradise! And Los Mangos is only 30 meters from the beach!

El Cardon Beach, Playa El Cardon
From Playa El Cardon you can walk to Tirrano, this is only a few minutes walk, and then continue on to Playa Parquito, and then for the more enthusiastic walker you can continue to walk to Playa El Agua.
