Mangos.
Los Mangos is a 'posada'
stlye guest house - the Venezuelan equivalent of an
English B&B. Our style is fresh, friendly, clean,
cosy and comfortable.

resort of El Cardon, East of the island,

only 30 meters from the beach, a lovely tranquil
location with a lovely long sandy beach and stunning
mountain views, which all can be seen from our roof terrace
and outdoor cafe and bar.

Located
in a small friendly fishing village
with a few local shops,
and within walking distance of a popular water park,
ideal if you have children.
Los Mangos is
idealy
situated if you prefer to stay somewhere
peaceful yet within walking distance of the very popular
surfing beach of Playa Parquito, or less than a
5 minute
drive from the busy resort of Playa El Agua, a very busy
popular beach, with restaurants, Internet cafés, tour
offices, etc. Taxi's are very cheap on
the island and there is never a shortage of them!
We are just a 40
minute taxi drive from the airport and the world famous beach El Yaque
for its wind surfing.

Los Mangos
Totally renovated Los Mangos is a
charming,
comfortable and intimate new
beach-front
guest house/posada
in the lovely resort of Playa El Cardon.
We
have nine fully-equipped, air-conditioned guest
rooms with en-suite shower facilities ceiling fans,
TV/DVD and personal safes. Linen and towels are
supplied, however please bring your own beach
towels. Some of our rooms can accommodate up
to three adults.
We have an amazing roof
terrace
with fantastic sea
and mountain views, here you can
enjoy your all inclusive continental breakfast,
fresh coffee or a selection of
English and herbal tea's.
Throughout the day the Cafe/Bar
will be open, serving a
delicious choice of hot and cold food, including
pastries, cakes and ice creams.
Our
bar will be serving cold beers, refreshing fruit
juices, naughty and nice cocktails, which you can
enjoy up on our large panoramic roof terrace, or you
can sit in front of the bar/cafe which also has a
sea and mountain view and watch the world go by!
We
have
a lovely shaded
garden area with
comfortable seating area and
a cooling water feature.
Perfect for relaxing and reading
in one of our hammocks with a cool cocktail.

English, Spanish and German. If you have a problem or just a question about Margarita we
are there to help you. If you do not speak Spanish,
English or German be sure to identify
this with wherever you decide to stay. While we cater to independent
travellers we are always willing to spend some time assisting
you.

Security:
We have 24 hour security, this
was made to eliminate the possibility of entry into the
property of people who shouldn't be there. These steps that we have
taken will ensure that you have a tranquil and safe
vacation.
While it may not suit everyone
we would remind you that our bedrooms are restricted to entry by
registered guests only. We have taken this step as a security measure to
prevent undesirables being brought onto the properties by unsuspecting
guests.
Most hotels in the area now have this
restriction in place - please honor it.

Medical
assistance:
We are near
an excellent medical centre (if it is
needed)
only a 10 minute drive from where we are
located, with
English speaking doctors, this is a free service and you
only pay for prescriptions.

Quick e-mail
response:
If you contact us
by email, we will respond back to you as quickly as we can,
usually within 24 - 48 hours. If your
e-mail arrives at night we may not answer it until the next
morning.
IMPORTANT: With all the new
viruses lately it's possible that an e-mail may be accidentally deleted by
our e-mail filters. If you haven't received an answer within
2-3 days then
please send it again. We receive lots of e-mails
daily, mostly spam
and viruses, and it's always possible we could miss one,
please put something in the subject line of your
request like "Margarita Island", "Reservation" "snorkelling", etc. so we
will be sure to see it. |
